Safer’s BTK Biological Insecticide controls caterpillars including cabbage worm, tomato hornworm, tent caterpillars, gypsy moth, leafrollers on vegetables, fruits, shade trees, ornamentals and evergreens. BTK is highly specific to some kinds of caterpillars. Treat caterpillars when they are young to obtain best results. BTK is a stomach poison and therefore must be ingested by the caterpillar to be effective. After ingestion, caterpillar feeding stops immediately and death will follow in 2-5 days. One 100mL bottle of concentrate makes up to 30 liters of ready to use solution and will cover up to 300 square meters.
