Early maturing, extra-large jalapeno with wide adaptability. Spicy Slice’s 10cm (4”) fruit grow on vigorous, productive plants that offer good cover. Medium-dark green peppers have a good flavour with medium pungency, good for both fresh and processing. Uniform, green peppers will eventually mature to a sweeter red colour, but at the green stage they are pungent and hot at 2,500-4000 SHUs.
