Hydra is a truly unique, seaweed type kale with blue-green, almost silver leaves that are deeply serrated and spiky, with lots of character. The thick leaves are excellent lightly cooked with a mild flavour that sweetens as the outdoor temperatures drop. A good choice for leaving in the garden after first frost. Plants grow 60-80cm (24-32″) tall.
