Double bloomed snowdrops, bloom in early spring. Prefers partial shade, but will grow in full sun. Plant 3″ deep in a heavy soil, such as clay or or humus-rich sandy soil.

An early variety imported from Denmark. Heads are round ranging in size from 4 1/2 – 5 1/2 lbs. Sowing instructions: Plant seeds 0.5 inches deep indoors from February-March or directly outdoors from May-June. Transplant seedlings in May spacing plants 18-24 inches apart and rows 24-30 inches apart. Harvest in September. Maturity: 68-70 days
Compact medium headed heritage variety with very few outer leaves and a large ice white heart. Leaves are exceedingly crisp, succulent and tender. Great in salads.

Large 900g heads, 20 cm across with good wrapper leaves. Holds well in the garden. Good for both early and late season crops. Mildew tolerant. Does best in sunny site with moist, rich soil.
