The plants grow into large bushes without much sprawl. The breeding on this variety dates back to Dr. Bagget at Oregon State University, and has been refined for several generations.

These 75cm sturdy plants produce very mild fruit. Sweet peppers are 4 lobed and average 10cm long and 7cm wide. Thick deep green flesh ripens to a deep scarlet. Great for flavouring, pickling, stuffing, and salads.
Start indoors mid-February to late March in a soilless medium. Grow seedlings under bright light at 18°C. Transplant after hardening off in late May.
Keep evenly watered. Avoid high nitrogen fertilizers. Harvest after colour changes for the best taste and quality.
