These new mild habaneros from the Chile Pepper Institute at New Mexico State University take advantage of habaneros’ complex flavor without their incendiary heat. The orange and red chiles have a delicious tropical fruitiness with a hint of citrus to enjoy in a wide range of dishes without being afraid of setting your mouth on fire. Robust Sauve plants reliably produce heavy crops of these colorful, mellow chiles.
